Mum, Model, Mistress: Unveiling the Layers of My Sexual Awakening
I went from feeling like pregnancy and age had ruined my body to loving it and realizing other people did too
In the heart of London, I had the pleasure of visiting the chic home of a remarkable model who was ready to share her incredible journey, filled with personal growth, empowerment, and a bold exploration of her own sensuality.
“Let’s start with your journey. You mentioned that after having your baby, you lost touch with your sexuality. Can you walk us through that time and how rediscovering your passion for lingerie played a role?”
“Yeah, my story is I had a baby 6 years ago and lost my mojo / lost touch with my sexuality and when my kid was around 2 years old, I hit a low point, something wasn’t right and I knew I had to rediscover myself. I’ve used to be such a lingerie obsessive, so I decided to buy myself some new lingerie to try and reignited my past love of it.”
And did the lingerie trigger any changes in you?
“Yes, it was amazing, I then started showcasing my massive lingerie collection on Insta and then also felt confident enough to start up my OnlyFans. I went from feeling like pregnancy and age had ruined my body to loving it and realizing other people did too!”
Going from someone who didn’t see herself as a sexual being, to starting an onlyfans is a massive shift, your confidence must be through the roof now?
“No not at all, I still have my insecurities, and don’t love my face (a couple of girls at school used to be mean saying things like I could be a model if I put a paper bag over my face etc!!) so think I’m more comfortable in lingerie as I feel it detracts from my face!”
With a smirk on her face she continues…
“My USP with my followers is definitely my bum, it isn’t small…! So my look is often butt-focused “
This was probably not the best time to mention the fact as the photographer, shouts out
“None of that talk, were getting a bunch of face shots only!”
With a nervous grin, and attempt to change the topic Mel continues…
Anyway, lol onlyfans and Instagram have helped to build my self confidence and I started to get back into my sexuality and joined the kink scene, and came out as bisexual! My partner was really supportive and we even became non-monogamous.
After talking to my partner about how I felt (I’d lost myself and didn’t really know who I was ‘supposed’ to be anymore – was I supposed to be a mumsy mum now?) I asked if we could explore the possibility of a threesome with another woman and join Killing Kittens (women-led sex parties) – he had a proper think about it and we looked at their website, and soon decided to sign up.
That is a big step! how has it been?
It definitly was but we met a lot of like-minded people who became good friends, as well as realizing some of our oldest friends were truly understanding (and curious/intrigued!).”
We’ve been going to them ever since and are non-monogamous (although we don’t have a lot of time left with parties and childcare to date and get out as much as our childless friends but we wouldn’t have it any other way).”
